By confirming your attendance to this class you are also agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

I understand and agree the yoga class (“Activity”) being held through Cartier Hong Kong & Macau branch (“Cartier”) is a physical activity and that I undertake participating in any such Activity at my own sole risk and responsibility.  I accept that pictures and videos may be taken during the Activity and can be used by Cartier on any on- and off-line platforms. I am physically fit for the Activity and understand that the Activity may not be suitable for pregnant ladies. I assure Cartier that there are no health related reasons or problems which preclude or restrict my participation in this Activity, and I have consulted with my doctor if I have any concerns about my ability and health.  

I understand that Cartier is merely providing me the opportunity to participate in the Activity.  I further understand that Cartier makes no representation whatsoever regarding the safety of the Activity.  With full knowledge of the facts and circumstances surrounding this Activity, I voluntarily undertake this Activity and assume all responsibilities and risks from my participation in this Activity, including all risks of bodily injury, property damage, injury to others, and other hazards to me.  I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify, and promise not to sue Cartier, its affiliates, officers, employees, actual organizers of the Activity, agents (“Releasees”), with respect to any and all harm, injury, disability, death, loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence or carelessness of the Releasees, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law arising out of my participation in the Activity. 

Once I have confirmed my participation to the Activity herein, the confirmation will be binding.   I have at all times the faculty to cancel my participation in the Activity, without any reason. The Activity may be cancelled and/or postponed by Cartier for any reasons; this will not give rise to any indemnification.   The Activity is strictly personal and cannot be assigned to any third parties. The Activity is for myself only, to the exclusion of any family member and/or any companion.   The details of the Activity may vary depending on the circumstances. 

The laws of Hong Kong SAR (or Macau SAR for Macau staff), China shall govern the validity, construction and enforceability of this terms and conditions, to the exclusion of conflict of laws principles.   All suits, actions, claims and causes of action relating to the construction, validity, performance and enforcement of this terms and conditions shall be in the courts of Hong Kong SAR (or Macau SAR for Macau staff), China.   I HEREBY AGREE AND CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD  THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
