Alignment (Hatha Yoga)

 

Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of asana practice with proven benefits spanning a thousand-year history. A regular practice helps to strengthen and improve the condition of the central nervous system to sustain immunity and mental stability. It strengthens the spine, the muscles, the heart, and gives us a clearer outlook to make better life decisions.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa involves a continual flow of movement with yoga poses performed in quick succession. The flow can be practiced at all levels from beginner to advanced, helping us to increase endurance, strength and cardio fitness. This endorphin-producing practice is great for naturally reducing stress and anxiety to create stability and a balanced life.

Prenatal Yoga 

As a mother of 3 naturally birthed children (including 2 home births), SATTRA's Founder & Director has designed yoga classes that support you mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually throughout your pregnancy and provides guidance for the birth of your baby - delivered in a nurturing and insightful manner to help you feel nourished, strong and relaxed.

Private Yoga

SATTRA's Private Yoga is an immersive and rewarding practice that takes every student on an exploration for self-discovery and alignment.

Asana, meditation & pranayama is taught using precise cues to create a deeper and dynamic connection between the body and mind so that every student exceeds their own goals and expectations, using body, breath and intention.
